Directions:
Adults take 3 capsules 3 times per day. Not recommended for long term use.
Warning:

For the use as a supportive agent for normal childbirth, this product should only be taken during the final 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. Contra-indications:Â Pregnant women with a history of precipitated labor, do not use. Do not use in pregnancy prior to 32 weeks gestation. Do not use it if you have iron-deficiency or anemia. Do not use if you have inflammation or ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract.
Known adverse reactions:Â May stimulate uterine contractions.
